The victim's identification was officially acknowledged by Uzbekistan’s foreign ministry.
“He was exceptionally gentle, witty, and bright. His ambitions were lofty of entering the field of neurosurgery and helping people,” his sister, Samira Umurzokova said in a tribute.

Nine more persons were injured in the violent event in the engineering building of Brown’s grounds in Providence, during the institution's end-of-term tests.
Law enforcement reported late Sunday that a 24-year-man detained in a police operation at a hotel about around 27 kilometers from the scene earlier in the day was set to be freed.
“We have a murderer out there,” said the state's top prosecutor, Peter Neronha.
He continued, “Sometimes you head in one direction, and then you have to regroup and head another way, and that’s exactly what has happened over the last day or so.”
